In summary, the Services comprise: Spoken language interpreting services across multiple languages (except the Irish language) in the following formats: (a) Face to Face Interpreting Services (b) Telephone Interpreting Services (c) Video Remote Interpreting Services. Interpreting services provide real#time, spoken language support to enable immediate communication in meetings, events, interviews, or live interactions. The Services are more particularly described at Appendix 1 (Requirements and Specifications).
