Mecklenburg County Park & Recreation is requesting a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from engineering firms to provide Construction Engineering and Inspection, Materials Testing, Construction Administration, and Geotechnical Investigations for various Mecklenburg County Capital Projects to receive CIP funding.
