The Contract is for the provision of a suitably qualified National contractor to replace existing conservatory roofs and associated windows with modern, energy-efficient systems that improve thermal performance, resident comfort, sustainability, and asset longevity across the portfolio. (the "Works") Bidders should refer to the Specification at Appendix 1 for further details of Progress Housing Association's requirements and the Services that the successful Bidder will be required to provide under the Contract
Renewal: option to extend for an additional 12 months subject to requirements and performance Award criteria: - 10% social value; - 60% technical and quality; - 30% cost.
