Overview
North Tyneside Council intends to directly award a 12-month contract to Billigence Europe Limited for the continued provision of Alteryx licences and associated support. Billigence is the Authority's current reseller and support provider and possesses established technical knowledge of the existing Alteryx environment and associated business processes. Appointing an alternative supplier for this limited transitional period would introduce disproportionate technical and operational difficulties, including knowledge transfer, onboarding and support establishment, creating unnecessary risk to business-critical and statutory reporting functions. Continuation with the incumbent supplier ensures compatibility and service continuity while migration to the replacement solution is completed.
