Część 2. Remont ul Czarnej w Nadmie. Remont nawierzchni będzie polegał na sfrezowaniu nawierzchni na długości 218 m.b. oraz na sfrezowaniu warstwy wiążącej na długości 120 m.b. od strony ul. Starej, a następnie odtworzeniu warstwy wiążącej (AC16W), oraz ścieralnej (AC11S) z zastosowaniem siatki wzmacniającej (na odcinku, gdzie nie była wymieniana warstwa wiążąca).
