The purpose of the Public Contract is the redevelopment of the TIR Centre, an exceptional logistics site composed of land and buildings located less than 3 km from the heart of Brussels. The Port of Brussels, as owner and managing authority of the site, is responsible for the development and operation of this infrastructure. The TIR Centre comprises a complex of 5 buildings (4 of which have 4 storeys) with a total usable area of 115,014 m² of storage space and 11,767 m² of office space.
Le Marché a pour objet le redéveloppement du Centre TIR, un site logistique exceptionnel composé de terrains et de bâtiments situé à moins de 3 km de l’hyper-centre de Bruxelles. Le Port de Bruxelles, en tant que propriétaire et gestionnaire du site, est responsable du développement et de l’exploitation de cette infrastructure. Le Centre TIR comprend un complexe de 5 bâtiments (dont 4 avec 4 étages) avec une surface utile totale de 115.014 m² d'espace de stockage et 11.767 m² de bureaux.
Het doel van deze opdracht is de herontwikkeling van het TIR-centrum, een uitzonderlijke logistieke site bestaande uit terreinen en gebouwen gelegen op minder dan 3 km van het hypercentrum van Brussel. De Haven van Brussel is als eigenaar en beheerder van de site verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling en de exploitatie van deze infrastructuur. Het TIR-center bestaat uit een complex van 5 gebouwen (waarvan 4 met 4 verdiepingen) met een totale bruikbare oppervlakte van 115.014 m² opslagruimte en 11.767 m² kantoren.
