Overview
We have an ambition to double our membership population and income by 2035. We believe this will come from a combination of benefit-based motivations and cause/supporter-based motivations. To achieve this growth will require significant shift from our current status, so we would like to work with a consultancy partner to identify how we can achieve this growth – what are the quick wins and what are the longer-term changes to drive success. We need specific recommendations aligned to our brand framework and the function and proposition of membership.
