Stad Hasselt werkt rond uiteenlopende thema’s die de fysieke en maatschappelijke leefomgeving beïnvloeden. Dossiers rond stadsontwikkeling, mobiliteit, infrastructuur, wegenwerken, publieke ruimte, klimaat, energie en duurzaamheid vragen om heldere communicatie, een passende participatieaanpak en een goede afstemming met inwoners, gebruikers en andere stakeholders. Met deze raamovereenkomst wil Stad Hasselt beschikken over gespecialiseerde en flexibel inzetbare expertise om dergelijke dossiers zowel strategisch als creatief en operationeel te ondersteunen. De raamovereenkomst wordt daarom opgedeeld in twee complementaire percelen. Beide percelen hebben betrekking op omgevingscommunicatie rond stedelijke dossiers.
