De scope van deze tender (Raamovereenkomst D) betreft het uitvoeren van integraal bouwkundig en installatietechnisch onderhoud in de terminal. Schiphol is voornemens om twee partijen te contracteren met elk een eigen perceel. Schiphol definieert Terminal als “alle bouwkundige onderdelen, elektrotechnische en werktuigbouwkundige installaties en brandveiligheidssystemen in de Terminal, de bijbehorende pieren en Schiphol Plaza”.
