Award procedure without prior publication of a call for competition The University of Edinburgh requires 10x Genomics reagent kits for the Single-Cell and Spatial Biology Facility and the Centre for Regenerative Medicine. 10x Genomics is the exclusive manufacturer of these products, and they are the only kits that are compatible with University's existing equipment. As such, there are no other providers in the market ale to fulfil this requirement.
