Hankega soetatakse tootmisprotsessi jaoks kaks pulbrite segamise seadet koos vastavate roostevabast terasest anumatega. Seadmed peavad võimaldama erineva koguse pulbrite homogeniseerimist ja vastama toidulisandite tootmise nõuetele. Mõlemad seadmed paigaldatakse läbi seina, kus tootmisruumi poole jääb segamistelg ja kinnitussüsteem. Anumad peavad olema ratastel raamidel, kergesti puhastatavad ja varustatud kaane ning väljalaskeventiiliga. Kokku soetatakse 2 seadet ja 8 anumat: kaks anumat mahuga 200 L, kaks anumat mahuga 600 L, kaks anumat mahuga 1200 L ja kaks anumat mahuga 2000 L. The procurement concerns the purchase of two powder mixing units together with stainless steel bins. The equipment must enable homogenization of different powder volumes and comply with the requirements for food supplement production. Both mixers will be installed through-the-wall, with only the mixing axis and locking system positioned in the production area. The bins must be mounted on wheeled frames, easy to clean, and equipped with a lid and discharge valve. In total, 2 mixers and 8 bins will be purchased: two bins of 200 L, two bins of 600 L, two bins of 1200 L and two bins of 2000 L. All equipment must be CE compliant, suitable for use in the food industry, and the supplier must provide technical data sheets, CE declarations of conformity, and user manuals. The minimum warranty period is 12 months.

Hange ei ole jaotatud osadeks, kuna soetatavad seadmed ja anumad moodustavad tehnoloogiliselt ühtse terviku toidulisandite tootmise protsessis. Mikserid ja nende juurde kuuluvad anumad peavad olema omavahel sobivad ning töötama ühe süsteemina. Hankimise osadeks jagamine suurendaks riski, et seadmed ei oleks ühilduvad või et tarnijad ei saaks tagada kogu komplekti nõuetekohast paigaldust, käivitamist ja garantiid. The procurement is not divided into lots, as the equipment and bins to be purchased constitute a single technological unit within the food supplement production process. The mixers and the associated bins must be compatible and operate as one system. Dividing the procurement into lots would increase the risk that the equipment would not be compatible or that suppliers could not ensure proper installation, commissioning, and warranty for the complete set. Procuring the items as one contract guarantees the reliability of the equipment, comprehensive warranty service, and the smooth functioning of the production process.
