The contract was awarded through the NOE CPC Specialist Estates Engineering & Maintenance Services (Hard FM) Framework, Lot 9 - Lifts, Hoists and Escalators. The stated contract value relates to the planned maintenance services and reactive maintenance provision included within the tendered pricing for the initial contract term. Additional reactive works may be instructed during the contract period in accordance with the agreed schedule of rates and operational requirements.

Award procedure without prior publication of a call for competition The contract is awarded for an initial period from 01 August 2026 to 31 July 2028 and may be extended at the University's discretion for up to two further periods of 12 months each, giving a maximum contract expiry date of 31 July 2030.
