South East Technological University invites suitably qualified Consultant Teams to tender for Architect Led Integrated Design Team (IDT) Services (Lot 1) associated with the development of a new "One Health" building. The project includes the development of a circa 10,100M² academic science building and is located on the former Waterford Crystal site (now known as “Glassworks Campus”) on the Cork Road, Waterford. On foot of this procurement procedure South East Technological University (the ‘ Contracting Authority’) seeks to award a Contract for the provision of Lot 1 Architect Led Integrated Design Team (IDT) via a two stage, restricted competition for the proposed Pharmacy and Veterinary Medicine Project (the 'Project'). Further details regarding the project are set out within the SAQ documents attached to this notice. The Project Information Memorandum (PIM) should be read in conjunction with the QC2-Part 1 and 2, and the Standard Conditions of Engagement for Consultancy Services (Technical).
