The Contract is for the provision of Decoration Works, including internal and external painting and decorating services to occupied and void residential properties, communal areas, independent living schemes, supported living accommodation and other properties owned or managed by Progress Housing Group (the “Services”)

The Group has developed the procurement requirements based on its ongoing engagement and operational experience of working with a number of decorating contractors over several years across responsive repairs, planned maintenance, voids, complaints, and ad-hoc decoration works. This has enabled the Group to understand current market capacity, service delivery requirements, and industry best practice. No formal market engagement events are planned as part of this procurement. All procurement documentation will be made available through the Group's e-tendering portal. Suppliers wishing to participate must register on the portal and submit their tender response in accordance with the instructions contained within the procurement documents. Any clarification questions must be submitted via the e-tendering portal by the specified deadline. Responses to clarification questions will be communicated to all interested suppliers through the portal to ensure transparency and equal treatment. Expressions of interest shall be submitted through the e-tendering portal in accordance with the published procurement timetable.
