Cedefop aims to sign a single framework contract for the provision of cleaning services for its premises in Thessaloniki Greece.

The quantities in hours per year for the cleaning services are the following and are detailed in point 2.2.5 of the tender specifications. The hours are based on Cedefop’s working days per year which are estimated at 242 days. - Regular cleaning services from Monday to Friday: 7.744 hours per year - Regular pest control services from Monday to Friday: 96 hours per year (1 working day per month) - Extra and emergency cleaning services from Monday to Saturday: 100 hours per year, if needed - Extra and emergency cleaning services on Sundays/Holidays: 20 hours per year, if needed - Special cleaning services from Monday to Saturday: 50 hours per year, if needed - Special pest control services from Monday to Saturday: 20 hours per year, if needed - Special cleaning services on Sundays/Holidays: 10 hours per year, if needed.In case of unavailability or disruptions in the functioning of the electronic means of communication provided in Section 5.1.11 in the last 5 calendar days before the time limit for receipt indicated in Section 5.1.12, the contracting authority reserves the right to extend this time limit and publish the extension at the Internet address provided in Section 5.1.11, without a preceding publication of a corrigendum to this notice. Economic operators interested in this procurement are invited to subscribe to the call for tenders at the address in Section 5.1.11 in order to get notified when new information or documents are published.
