The Contracting Authority requires the provision of an Intermediate ICT Project Manager (Role 1.24) with blended capabilities in Business Analysis and Test Management to support the delivery of two strategic ICT initiatives: • The continued implementation and optimisation of the SmartSimple Grants Management System, including migration from legacy systems; and • The upgrade of the Finance System from Microsoft Navision to Microsoft Business Central The Resource will operate across both projects concurrently, working as part of the ICT Solutions team and in close collaboration with internal stakeholders, business units, and third-party delivery partners. The role requires the ability to coordinate technical and business activities, ensuring alignment between business requirements, system design, testing, and delivery timelines. The Resource will be responsible for supporting end-to-end project delivery, including planning, requirements analysis, process mapping, testing coordination, and implementation support. Particular emphasis will be placed on ensuring the integrity and successful transition of data, robust testing practices, and strong stakeholder engagement. The resource will be part of the BIM ICT solutions development team which includes a Solutions developer, ICT Grants officer and two business intelligence analysts.
