Overview
Hjelmeland municipality carries out an open tender round to find a project owner to rent the work with the co-location of Årdal and Hjelmeland sheltered accommodation centres. A moglegheits study has been published for co-localisation in Hjelmeland. The new sheltered accommodation centre shall contain these services: • Heildøgns institution for long time (sjukeheim) • short term • home centre • occupational therapist • day centre • sheltered accommodation if the municipality shall operate a production kitchen, this should be co-housed with the welfare services. Local aids stores localisers in the centre of Hjelmeland. • In order to use all the advantages of a co-location, plans must be made for a staged development of the area to a multi-functional and future-based health centre, with both the sheltered accommodation centre, the health centre, the shout-bustadar, an ambulance station and other relevant health related services. • The project shall prepare a plan for after-use for, with a view to the development of a leilegheitsbygg with different joint functions, see the attached requirement specifications for further mention of the project tenant ́s work assignments and other requirements connected to the rolla.
