PROGRAMME DE FORMATION A DESTINATION DE DIRIGEANTS D'ENTREPRISES INDUSTRIELLES ET DE SERVICE A L'INDUSTRIE DANS LE CADRE DU DISPOSITIF REGIONAL "ACCELERATEUR ETI"
L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une durée de 24 mois à compter de la date de notification du contrat. / Le pouvoir adjudicateur pourra confier au titulaire de l'accord-cadre, en application des articles L. 2122-1 et R. 2122-7 du Code de la commande publique, un ou plusieurs nouveaux accords-cadres ayant pour objet la réalisation de prestations similaires. La durée pendant laquelle un nouvel accord-cadre pourra être conclu ne peut dépasser 3 ans à compter de la notification du présent accord-cadre. / Le présent accord-cadre comporte des conditions d'exécution environnementales et sociales (cf. CCAP).
