Pretul produselor va contine si cheltuieli de ambalare si transport la beneficiar si vor fi insotite de certificate de calitate si conformitate emise de producator.
Livrarea produselor se va face in maxim 15 zile de la semnarea contractului la sediul S.C. Apaserv Satu Mare S.A. Str. Gara Ferastrau, Nr. 9/A. Cheltuielile de livrare vor fi suportate de furnizor. Termen de plata 30 de zile de la receptia marfii daca nu sunt obiectiuni, si comunicarea facturii electronice catre destinatar (conform art. 4. alin(7) din OUG 120 ) .Factura va conține obligatoriu codul CPV prevăzut în anuntul de publicitate.
