El objeto del contrato es mantener e impulsar un recurso educativo dirigido a prevenir la incorporación de menores en Agrupaciones Juveniles Violentas y acompañar a aquellos chicos/as que quieran abandonar la disciplina de dichas organizaciones. Se pretende además reforzar la acción preventiva del sistema educativo, de la familia y de la sociedad en general, ofreciendo un instrumento de intervención inmediata en caso de necesidad.
