Termen de livrare: max. 10 zile de la comanda ferma. Livrarea se va face gratuit la sediul din Str. Leordeni nr. 122, Popesti-Leordeni. Costurile de transport, livrare, manipulare sau alte costuri aditionale vor fi incluse in pretul ofertat. Produsele vor fi insotite de Certificat de Garantie, Aviz de Insotire a marfii, Certificat de calitate si confirmitate.
Plata se va realiza prin OP, în termen de 30 zile de la recepția produselor la sediul achizitorului. Plata se va face doar pentru facturile fiscale emise și transmise prin sistemul național privind factura electronică RO e-Factura, potrivit prevederilor OUG nr. 120/2021, cu modificările și completările ulterioare. Factura emisă trebuie să conțină codul CPV corespunzător prevăzut în nomenclatorul de referință în domeniul achizițiilor publice, adoptat prin Regulamentul (CE) nr. 2. 195/2002.
