Overview

This is a prequalification for a tender contest for a framework agreement for consultancy services within product orientation and service design for Norwegian agency for classified information systems. The services included in this tender competition are estimated to have a contract value of approx. NOK 20,000,000 excluding VAT per annum, respectively NOK 7,000,000 for sub-contract 1 and NOK 13,000,000 for sub-contract 2. The maximum value of the contract is NOK 150,000,000 excluding VAT for the entire contract period. The stated consumption is an estimate for information to the tenderer and is not binding for the future contract volume. The objective of the tender contest is to enter into a contract for consultancy services within product orientation and service design for Statens graded platform services (SGP). The contracting authority is in the early phase of a transition towards a product orientated organisation and management. The objective of the product orientation is to strengthen the ability to develop, manage and further develop digital services and products with clearer ownership, a better connection between strategy and delivery, more continuous user insight and stronger focus on measurable effects and value creation. See the competition terms for further information.
