Request for Bid (National) The federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Ministry of Agriculture – Second Resilient Landscape and Livelihood Project (RLLP-II) Project ID: P174385: Bid Reference No. ET-MOA-575040-GO-RFB Contract title: - Supply and Delivery of Poultry Equipment and Forage Processing Plant and Equipment The federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, Ministry of Agriculture received financing from the World Bank towards the cost of Second Resilient Landscape and Livelihood Project (RLLP-II), and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Poultry Equipment and Forage Processing Plant and Equipment. The Ministry of Agriculture now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the following materials: Item No Description of Materials Quantity Bid Bond Amount (ETB) 1 Poultry Feeding Equipment (Plastic Circular / Tubular Feeders - 7 kg Capacity) 94 ETB450,000.00 2 Poultry Watering Equipment (Plastic Circular Waterers - 7 Litters Capacity) 94 3 Small -scale animal feed processing plant (Forage Processioning equipment) 20 ETB 400,000.00 Bidding will be conducted through National Request for Bidding (NRFB) procedures as specified in the World Bank's Regulation: Procurement of Goods, Works and Non-Consultancy Services under IBRD Loans and IDA credits and grants by World Bank Borrowers July 2016, revised November 2025 and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the procurement regulation. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Ministry of Agriculture Procurement Executive Block A, 2nd Floor, or RLLP-II project office Block B, 2nd floor and inspect the bidding documents during office hours 9:00AM to 12:00 A.M and 2:00PM to 5:00 P.M at the address given bellow. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested eligible bidders up on the submission of the written application to the address below and upon payment of nonrefundable fee of Birr 300.00 or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency. The method of payment should be Bank transfer through account number 1000009144009. Bids will be evaluated in item based and bidders can offer all or partial as the supplier interest. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before November 17, 2026 at 2:00P.M. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidder's representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below on November 17, 2026 at 2:15 PM. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security as indicated above table in a freely convertible currency in the form of CPO or unconditional bank guarantee. Insurance guarantee is not acceptable.
