Evaluarea ofertelor se va face pe baza criteriului de atribuire ''pretul cel mai scazut'', din ofertele considerate admisibile in urma evaluarii. Operatorii economici participanti vor prezenta in oferta depusa catre autoritatea contractanta pretul ofertat pentru serviciile solicitate. Achizitorul are deplina decizie in selectarea ofertantului câstigator fara a fi obligat sa prezinte justificari celorlalti participanti/ofertanti la actiunea de achizitie a serviciilor de mai sus. Autoritatea contractanta nu are obligatia de a face comunicari scrise.
