LOT 2 Reparatii capitale la DAF Valea Pietrelor FE 008 pe 250 ml (La Fag : 100 m ; Observator: 150 m) - in valoare de 11730 lei fara TVA . Prestatorul se obliga sa respecte prevederile Codului silvic -Legea 46/2008,ordinul M.A.A.P.nr 1540/2011,H.G.470/2014 si O.M.815/2014.Documentele justificative care probeaza indeplinirea celor asumate in prezentarea ofertei, urmeaza sa fie puse la dispozitia autoritatii contractante ,doar de catre ofertantul clasat pe locul I in clasamentul intocmit la finalizarea evaluarii ofertelor.
