LOT 2 Reparatii curente la DAF Cormaia Axial FE 002 pe 400 ml (Ebulmentii Piriul Fantana, Florau, Basca) - in valoare de 4711 lei fara TVA . Prestatorul se obliga sa respecte prevederile Codului silvic -Legea 46/2008,ordinul M.A.A.P.nr 1540/2011,H.G.470/2014 si O.M.815/2014.Documentele justificative care probeaza indeplinirea celor asumate in prezentarea ofertei, urmeaza sa fie puse la dispozitia autoritatii contractante ,doar de catre ofertantul clasat pe locul I in clasamentul intocmit la finalizarea evaluarii ofertelor.
