INTRETINEREA DRUMURILOR AUTO FORESTIERE MECANIZAT SI MANUAL LOT 1 : Lucrari mecanizate si manuale de intretinere a partii carosabile prin plombarea gropilor izolate, asternerea de agregate marunte : Reparatii curente la DAF Valea Vinului FE 007 pe 450 ml (POD IZVORUL BIRLEDE - PARAUL FANTANA) in valoare de 5300.19 lei fara TVA . LOT 2 Interventii cu buldoexcavatorul pentru stoparea si remediere calamitati pe DAF Cormaia Axial FE 002 , DAF Valea Vinului , DAF Valea Pietrelor si DAF Valea Plesii pe o distanta totala de 11 km , valoare totala lot 2 5414.75 lei fara TVA . Prestatorul se obliga sa respecte prevederile Codului silvic -Legea 46/2008,ordinul M.A.A.P.nr 1540/2011,H.G.470/2014 si O.M.815/2014.Documentele justificative care probeaza indeplinirea celor asumate in prezentarea ofertei, urmeaza sa fie puse la dispozitia autoritatii contractante ,doar de catre ofertantul clasat pe locul I in clasamentul intocmit la finalizarea evaluarii ofertelor.
