Key information
Overview
Avon Fire & Rescue Service is considering the future procurement of a multi-disciplinary estates services arrangement and would like to engage with suitably experienced contractors to understand market capability, commercial models and the practical requirements for establishing a successful long-term partnership. The Service is considering the appointment of one principal contractor to provide a coordinated range of estates, building services and specialist works across its estate. The anticipated contract value would be approximately £600,000 per annum, with a potential contract term of five years.
