MEDITE SMARTPLY are seeking to appoint one or more suitably qualified service providers to deliver finished products to its Irish customer base using FTL Road Freight service for the contract period 2026–2029. The purpose of this Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) is to identify service providers that can meet MEDITE SMARTPLY's requirements and, subject to the number of suitably qualified applicants, to establish a shortlist of candidates to be invited to tender for the contract. The information requested in this questionnaire will be used solely to assess the suitability of applicants for progression to the tender stage.
