Overview
The Port of Dover is undertaking a tender exercise to appoint partners for the provision of Commercial & Quantity Surveying Services under a new Framework. Services to be delivered under this Framework will include: - Cost planning and estimating - Tender preparation, administration and evaluation - General procurement advice - Post- contract administration - valuations, change management, cost reporting etc This may cover a wide range of projects across infrastructure, highways, marine civils, building works, asset maintenance and heritage.

Competitive flexible procedure
The Framework will operate under the conditions of the NEC4 Framework Contract, with individual Work Order and Time Charge Orders to be awarded as NEC4 Professional Services and NEC4 Professional Services Short Contracts, following mini-competition or direct award as set out in the ITT Stage documents.
