Die Grundschule Ebstorf wird zur Ganztagsbetreuung umgebaut und erweitert. Ausgeschrieben wird die Planungsleistung der Freianlagenplanung nach § 39 HOAI für die Leistungsphasen 1-9. Es ist eine Stufenbeauftragung vorgesehen, die sich in die Stufe 1 (LPH 1-4), Stufe 2 (LPH 5-7) und Stufe 3 (8-9) unterteilen wird. Zunächst werden nur die Leistungsphasen 1 bis 4 beauftragt.
Die Angebotsabgabe in Papierform (schriftlich) ist nicht zulässig. Angebote können nur elektronisch in Textform über das Vergabeportal "deutsche-evergabe.de" eingereicht werden. Die Kommunikation erfolgt elektronisch über das Vergabeportal "deutsche-evergabe. de".
