Ofertantul va asigura ambalarea si transportul gratuit la beneficiar iar produsele vor fi insotite de certificate de calitate si conformitate emise de producator.
Livrarea produselor se va face in maxim 30 zile de la comanda la sediul S.C. Apaserv Satu Mare S.A. Str. Gara Ferastrau, Nr. 9/A. Cheltuielile de livrare vor fi suportate de furnizor. Termen de plata 30 de zile de la receptia marfii daca nu sunt obiectiuni, si disponibilitatea descarcarii facturii electronice de catre beneficiar din sistemul RO-eFactura .Factura va conține obligatoriu codul CPV prevăzut în anuntul de publicitate.
