The Residential Tenancies Board (RTB) is a public body established under the Residential Tenancies Acts 2004–2023. Our role is to regulate the private rental sector; provide information to tenants and landlords; maintain a national register of tenancies; resolve disputes between tenants and landlords; conduct research and provide information to inform policy. We are seeking a provider to support the administration of pensions within the RTB and to provide specialist pension advice and guidance as required. All RTB employees are members of one of the Civil/Public Service pension schemes and, therefore, demonstrable expertise in public sector pensions is essential.
