Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council (the Council) is looking to establish a contract with a single Provider of an independent rail assurance consultant to provide Assessment Body, Approved Body and Designated Body services for the Penistone Station Accessibility Improvements and Car Park scheme.
Renewal: The Consultant will initially be appointed to complete services through ES4, with a contract break at the end of that stage. Continuation through ES5–8 will be at the Council’s sole discretion. Award criteria: Quality is weighted at 60% and Price is weighted at 40%
