Līgumu izpildes termiņš ir no Līguma spēkā stāšanās dienas, kas ir pēdējā pievienotā droša elektroniskā paraksta un tā laika zīmoga datums, un ir 24 (divdesmit četri) mēneši, ieskaitot Būvdarbu tehnoloģisko pārtraukumu (ja tāds tiks noteikts) un laiku Būvobjekta pieņemšanai ekspluatācijā.Iepirkuma līgums tiks noslēgts tikai finanšu līdzekļu piešķiršanas gadījumā.
