Aster Group Limited has a requirement for leasehold roofing works, comprised of roofing replacements and roofline renewals, to be carried out across four lots in contribution to its roofing planned delivery programme. Lot 1 - 35-41 St. Johns Road and 42-48 St. Marys Road Lot 2 - 39-45 Selwood Road Lot 3 - 2-28 Old Barn Road and 30-40 Old Barn Road Lot 4 - 26-32 Five Stiles Road The works are expected to commence on the 11th of January 2027, and the contract duration will be 12-weeks. Aster Group Limited has a contract end date of the 31st of March 2027.

Lot 1 - 35-41 (Odds) St. Johns Road and 42-48 (Evens) St. Marys Road, Frome, BA11 2B and BA11 2B. These works include rebuilding the verges at both gable ends, renewing the roof covering and replacing accompanying soffits, fascias and uPVC rainwater goods. There is also potential requirement for the removal of any redundant chimneys and renewal of flat roof coverings to the front and rear porches.

Lot 2 - 39-45 (Odds) Selwood Road, Glastonbury, BA6 8HW Aster Group require a contractor to replace an asbestos corrugated roof sheeting with non-hazardous material on a single storey outhouse. Aster Group may have an additional requirement for required repairs to the existing structure prior to the replacement of the roof.

Lot 3 - 2-28 (Evens) Old Barn Road and 30-40 (Evens) Old Barn Road, Bere Regis, Wareham, BH20 7HF The works are a roofline renewal, removing existing timber/asbestos roofline, soffits and fascias to be replaced with uPVC material. The works also include replacing asbestos undercloak on porches and renewing cladding and rainwater goods. Aster Group may have an additional requirement for any minor roof repairs that may be found whilst working at height.

Lot 4 - 26-32 (Evens) Five Stiles Road, Marlborough, SN8 4BE Aster Group has a requirement for a full pitched roof covering replacement. As well as the covering itself, the contractor will be required to renew timber elements, relay insultation in the loft spaces and replace fascias and rainwater goods. Subject to investigation confirming the chimneys are not in use, the contractor will also be required to completed related works to the chimney stacks through the removal of them and renewal of the areas around them.
