Ofertantul declarat castigator ,dupa incheierea contractului,in momentul livrarii,produsele vor fi insotite de certificat de garantie( 24 luni) ,certificat de calitate,certificat de conformitate.
Conditii participare: ofertantul castigator va prezenta pana la data incheierii contractului -certificat privind lipsa datoriilor restante valabil la momentul prezentarii cu privire la plata taxelor la bugetul de stat . - certificat privind lipsa datoriilor restante valabil la momentul prezentarii cu privire la plata taxelor la bugetul local - Certificat constatator. Ofertantul declarat castigator va posta oferta in SEAP.
