ervicii de inrolare si asisetnta lunara conform pachetului informatic CityOn pentru urmatoarele: - Modul Autentificare/ Plați CityOn; - Modul Monitor Oficial Local CityOn. -Serviciile prestate sunt urmatoarele: a) Interventie remote rapida direct pe serverul beneficiarului si remedierea eventualelor disfunctionalitati. b) Interventia se face pe baza cererilor sosite prin e-mail la adresa [email protected], cu timpul de reactie de max. 2 ore de la preluarea cererii între orele 8 -17. c) linie de Suport Central(Hotline: 0269/230039) Inainte de ajungerea la termen, contractul va fi prelungit prin act aditional pe o durata de 4 luni, conform Art. 165/HG.395/2016, daca partile nu au convenit altfel Livrare: LA SEDIU Plată: OP LA TERMEN Motivul refuzului furnizorului: Referinta eronata
