Servicii lunare de asistenta si suport pentru urmatoarele module din cadrul pachetului informatic APLxPERT: - Impozite si Taxe - IT; - Comercial/Contracte Web - CTR-W; - Asistenta Sociala - AS; - Registru Agricol - varianta Web - RA-W; -Servicii lunare de salvare a bazelor de date ,Back-up in cloud Sobis, pentru aplicatiile APLxPERT. -Serviciile prestate sunt urmatoarele: a) Intervenţie remote rapidă direct pe serverul beneficiarului şi remedierea eventualelor disfuncţionalităţi. b) Intervenţia se face pe baza cererilor sosite prin e-mail la adresa [email protected] si prin consolele din programele noastre, cu timpul de reacţie de max. 2 ore de la preluarea cererii între orele 8 -17. Inainte de ajungerea la termen, contractul va fi prelungit prin act aditional pe o durata de 4 luni, conform Art. 165/HG.395/2016, daca partile nu au convenit altfel. *Pretul nu contine TVA,
