Servicii lunare de asistenta si suport pentru urmatoarele module din cadrul pachetului informatic APLxPERT: - Contabilitate Bugetara - CO; - Mijloace Fixe - MF; - Personal/Salarizare - SA. Servicii lunare de salvare (Backup- in cloud Sobis) pentru aplicațiile APLxPERT. -Serviciile prestate sunt urmatoarele: a) Interventie remote rapida direct pe serverul beneficiarului si remedierea eventualelor disfunctionalitati. b) Interventia se face pe baza cererilor sosite prin e-mail la adresa [email protected], cu timpul de reactie de max. 2 ore de la preluarea cererii între orele 8 -17. c) linie de Suport Central(Hotline: 0269/230039) Inainte de ajungerea la termen, contractul va fi prelungit prin act aditional pe o durata de 4 luni, conform Art. 165/HG.395/2016, daca partile nu au convenit altfel.
