The existing provider is satisfying the current contract for Outsourcing of Neurodevelopmental Assessments (Duel ASD and ADHD) (according to the detail outlined in the contract, and when taking into account the key criteria and applying the basic selection criteria) and will likely satisfy the proposed contract to a sufficient standard (taking into account the key criteria and applying the basic selection criteria). There were no declared conflicts or potential conflicts of interest of individuals making the decision at any point during the procurement process.
