This contract is a framework agreement for the procurement of medical devices, which will allow the Federal Public Service Health, Food Chain Safety and Environment to deploy a type EMT2 field hospital through B-Fast, and/or a 'Mother&Child' and/or a 'Burns Rapid Response Team' module within the RescEU project in the event of humanitarian need in another country (both inside and outside the EU). In addition, the RescEU Medical Stockpiling project also needs to have stockpile of medical devices available that can be used for humanitarian aid.

Le présent marché concerne un accord-cadre pour l’achat de dispositifs médicaux destiné à permettre au Service public fédéral Santé publique, Sécurité de la chaîne alimentaire et Environnement, en cas d’urgence humanitaire dans un autre pays (tant à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur de l’UE), de déployer via B-Fast, un hôpital de campagne de type EMT2 et/ou un module « Mother&Child » et/ou un module « Burns Rapid Response Team » dans le cadre du projet RescEU. En outre, le projet RescEU Medical Stockpiling doit également disposer d’un stock de dispositifs médicaux pouvant être utilisés pour l’aide humanitaire

De onderhavige opdracht betreft een raamovereenkomst voor de aankoop van medische hulpmiddelen, waardoor de Federale Overheidsdienst Volksgezondheid, Veiligheid van de Voedselketen en Leefmilieu in geval van nood aan humanitaire hulp in een ander land (zowel binnen als buiten de EU) in staat is via B-Fast een veldhospitaal type EMT2 in te zetten en/of een module ‘Mother&Child’ en/of een module ‘Burns Rapid Response Team’ binnen het project RescEU in te zetten. Daarnaast dient er voor het RescEU Medical Stockpiling project ook een voorraad medische hulpmiddelen beschikbaar te zijn die gebruikt kunnen worden voor humanitaire hulp.
