De opdracht omvat, op hoofdlijnen, het structureel beheer en de doorontwikkeling van het provinciale CMS‑platform en De Staat van Groningen (Perceel 1), en ook de projectmatige realisatie van websites met een bijzonder of tijdelijk karakter, welke via nadere uitvragen per opdracht worden verstrekt (Perceel 2).
