De opdracht bestaat uit de integrale ontwerpopgave voor de brandweerkazerne op de Zielhorsterweg. Daarbij gaat het om: - Gebouw van ongeveer 1.700m2 bvo. - Het integrale ontwerp in de fasen Schetsontwerp, Voorontwerp, Definitief Ontwerp Het DO vormt de basis voor de Engineering & Build-overeenkomst met een bouwconsortium. - Integrale ontwerpgave betreft de expertises Architect, Interieurarchitect, Constructeur, E+W+T installaties, adviseur Duurzaamheid/Veiligheid/Bouwfysica/Akoestiek en Brandveiligheid. - Het toetsen in de engineeringfase (Technisch Ontwerp, UitvoeringsOntwerp), bouwvoorbereiding- en uitvoeringsfase. Gebouw van ongeveer 1.700m2 bvo.
