Bijbehorende documentatie conform Twence eisen lijn 1 en 2; Onderhoud van 2 jaar tijdens de garantieperiode en een periode van 2 jaar na garantietermijn voor lijn 1 en 2. 4. Optimaliseren van de semi droog bedrijfsvoering: zoals elimineren stofemissie, slijtage vermindering en temperatuurbeheersing; 5. Ontwerp (engineering) en constructie (fabricage, levering en de- en montage) transportsysteem van de bodemassen na uitworp ontslakkers voor verbrandingslijnen 1 en 2; 6. Ontwerp (engineering en adviseren) en constructie (fabricage, levering en de- en montage) schuifafsluiter slakkenschacht in lijn 1 en 2. Optionele opdracht 1. Ontwerp (engineering) en constructie (fabricage, levering en de- en montage) voor de vervanging van de schacht en ontslakker van verbrandingslijn 3. De battery limit van de optionele opdracht: vanaf de afworp van het rooster, de aansluiting van de schacht op het doorvalkanaal van het rooster, tot de uitwerpopening in de slakkenbunker, aanpassingen aan bordessen en doorvoeren, E&I, besturing en hydrauliek voorzieningen voor het correct laten functioneren van de nieuwe installatie delen; 2. Associated documentation in accordance with Twence requirements lines 1 and 2; 3. Maintenance of 2 years during the warranty period and a period of 2 years after warranty period for lines 1 and 2. 4. Optimizing semi-dry operations: such as eliminating dust emissions, wear reduction and temperature control; 5. Design ( engineering ) and construction ( manufacturing, delivery and installation ) transport system of the bottom ashes after ejection of deslaggers for combustion lines 1 and 2; 6. Design ( engineering and advising ) and construction ( manufacturing, delivery and installation ) of the slag chute gate valve in the shafts of lines 1 and 2. Optional assignment 1.
