TenneT TSO B.V.  is appointed by the Dutch government as the offshore grid operator. In this role, and in order to accommodate the offshore wind development parks, TenneT has a responsibility to develop and maintain its assets/ project portfolios. TenneT is  responsible for engineering, procurement, installation, construction and operation of these connections between the offshore wind farms (through a converter station / platform) to the onshore network. For this Tender, TenneT TSO BV wants to conclude one agreement with one (1) contractor for the execution of a Multi Beam (MBES) and a Side Scan Sonar (SSS) for both cable routes. This Tender is for the 2 cable routes, and thus the survey must be done from the 12 NM point. The survey must be carried out using a Multi Beam (MBES) and a Side Scan Sonar (SSS). Again, these two independent routes must be carried out by the same contractor. The estimated start date of the works is immediately after successful contract negotiations. We estimate the start to be end of August, beginning of September 2024.
