Offaly County Council invites tenders for Stage (i) – Preliminary Services of the consultancy commission to assess a sustainable long term leachate management solution for Derryclure Landfill, Killeigh, Co. Offaly. This RFT covers Stage (i) only. Stages (ii)–(v) will be procured separately. The landfill continues to generate leachate requiring ongoing treatment and management. The Council seeks an evidence based assessment of current and future leachate generation, evaluation of existing infrastructure performance, and identification of feasible long term treatment options. The outcome of Stage (i) is a Stage Gate Report that determines whether the project proceeds to statutory processes and detailed design.
