Business Services Organisation (BSO) Procurement and Logistics Service (PaLS) is publishing this tender advertisement on behalf of HSC for the procurement of nutritional products, devices, consumables and associated services via the Nutritional Products Framework. The tender consists of five (5) lots.
Provision of Oral Nutritional Supplements Renewal: The initial periods of this framework is for one (1) Year with possible extension periods of 36 months. Additionally, where required the Buyer retains the right to extend this framework for any periods up to 18 months via the clause referenced in 'Special Term 2' of the Mid-Tier Award Form included in the tender documents.
Provision of Tube Feeds Renewal: The initial periods of this framework is for one (1) Year with possible extension periods of 36 months. Additionally, where required the Buyer retains the right to extend this framework for any periods up to 18 months via the clause referenced in 'Special Term 2' of the Mid-Tier Award Form included in the tender documents.
Provision of Pumps, Administration Sets and Associated Services Renewal: The initial periods of this framework is for one (1) Year with possible extension periods of 36 months. Additionally, where required the Buyer retains the right to extend this framework for any periods up to 18 months via the clause referenced in 'Special Term 2' of the Mid-Tier Award Form included in the tender documents.
Provision of Consumables Renewal: The initial periods of this framework is for one (1) Year with possible extension periods of 36 months. Additionally, where required the Buyer retains the right to extend this framework for any periods up to 18 months via the clause referenced in 'Special Term 2' of the Mid-Tier Award Form included in the tender documents.
Provision of Homecare Services Renewal: The initial periods of this framework is for one (1) Year with possible extension periods of 36 months. Additionally, where required the Buyer retains the right to extend this framework for any periods up to 18 months via the clause referenced in 'Special Term 2' of the Mid-Tier Award Form included in the tender documents.
