Arafura Electorate office, Armidale Street complex, Banksia House, Browns Mart Theatre, Cascom Centre, Casuarina Bus Terminal, Casuarina Plaza, Channel Island Power Station, Charles Darwin Centre, Community Hall, Core Library, Darwin Language, Darwin Plaza, Mitchell Centre, NAB House, RCG Centre, TIO Building, YMCA Malak and various other leased offices (Group 6 NTG Assets).
