This is a competition for a framework agreement for trade services and the procurement of goods/materials of work for the Contracting Authority within refrigeration services.

The contracting authority ́s assessment is that the requirements in this procurement, particularly the use of zero emission vehicles, take care of the most central climate and environmental considerations in connection with the services to be provided and that the relevant requirements provide the best climate and environmental effect in connection with this procurement. In addition it is decided that mini-competitions can be evaluated on climate and the environment, if appropriate for special assignments. Based on the above, climate and environment evaluations are not evaluated in this procurement, cf. the Public Procurement Regulations § 5b. (2).
